Tell me about a time when you had problems with your furniture. Perhaps it got damaged for some reason. Tell me exactly what happend and how you solved the problem.

Well, the problem with my furniure was... all right.
The desk leg my daughter uses was broken. The incident was very embarrassing for me.
I lived in Montreal, Canda, 2019 for my job. And on Jan, 2019, I had to send all of my things to Canada like furniture slt. My luggages were shipped to Vancouver from Seoul and then a train to Toronto, finally on a truck to Montreal. It took very long time for my luggage sto arrive. My daughter waited her desk for very long time, she really wanted to study on her desk. The moving staff helped us move and we unpacked quickly for my daughter. As soon as we unpacked, we found my daughter's desk legs was broken. My daughter started cry. I was like " Derek, I can fix it, I can fix it"
So I had to find a way how to fix it for my daughter's desk. I didn't have enough time. Fortunately, the one of moving staff had a screw and a drill, so the guy helped us to fix her desk. We really thanked him. My daughter stopped crying when I finished repairing the desk. I also had insurance in Korea, so I was able to receive compensation for the repair cost.
We used the money to buy a desk again when we returned to Korea.
I mean, My daughter was able to get new desk with insurance money.
All issues were well resolved. That is the story that I could resovle the problem about funiture.
Q7) Gathering
What did you do at your last gathering or celebration? What was the ocassion? Give me all the details about the gathering or the celebration you had.
Answer) Well.. last gathering? What story should I start with? All right! Let me just get on with it!
I would really like a home party on the weekend, especially on Saturday because I won't go to work the next day.
Even last week, we had a home party with my friends, we had a crazy night. In the home party, we drank a lot of alcohol like wine, beer, soju, which is a Korean traditional alcohol with sashimi, We had Korean BBQ and so on. It was a great time except for one incident.
The incident was that one of my friends got wasted because he really like drinking Soju. He was like, "Derek! the earth shakes"
I was like, " No, no, you just got wasted, please go to bed, Dude"
Finally, he vomited and slept on the floor in my living room.
My wife got angry and told me, " Derek, you will not meet your friends here from now on". The home party was a mess.
The next morning, my friend woke up and apolized to my wife.
Anyway, I don't have fun memories about last home party.
Q8) Housing
Sometimes we want to change something in our home. Maybe get you furniture or do some painting or decorating. Tell me about one change that you made in your home, Tell me why you decided to make that change and everything you had to do to make that change happen.
A) All right, I want to tell you about my study I made in my house. I bought my house 7 years ago. Back then, I really wanted to have a my study in my house so I asked my wife If I could make my own study room.
My wife allowed it, so we decided to buy new funitures to decorate my study, we purchased a desk, chair, book shelf, sofa and so on.
I was very excited to buy them. We finally purchased huge desk, comfortable chair, cozy sofa and wide bookshelf. As soon as the funitures arrived, I was like, " Wow, My babies... You've finally arrived!!". I started decorationg my study with new funituers.
I installed my pc with 2 monitors on the my new desk. I put the books that I had on new bookshelf. Everythings was fantastic because I could do many things at my study like playing PC game, watching movie and winding down at cozy sofa.
Everthing that I did in my new study makes me felt like comfortable and funny. However, I needed a lot of money because the funitures was so expensive. Nevertheless, I made a gorgeous study in my house.
Q9) Music
Could you think back to a particularly memorable time when you heard live music? Describe that experience in detail. When was it Where were you? Who were with you? What happened that made that performance so memorable or special?
Answer) All right. I have a perfect story to tell you. When I worked at previous company, we had a end of year party so my boss invited the one of the most popular K-POP singers, which called as "Girls Day". The KPOP group had 4 members, and they were all pretty. When I saw the girl group first time, I was like, "Wow they are so beautiful, How in the world do women like that exist?!". They were singing well and were dancing well so I fell in love with their performane.Their dance was especially hot and dynamic. When some time has passed, I noticed that I had one problem. The problem that I had was that my girl friend was sitting next to me. She was like, " Derek, 'Girls day' was too way smoking hot, they are so beautiful, aren't they?"
I recognized that would be a trap so I was like, " Nono, I reall enjoy their music, I think you are the prettiest in the world, Bee"
I thought I had passed the crisis and then we fully enjoyed the concert in the our end of year party.
Later, she became my wife. I think I overcame that crisis well.
We are very happy with my wife now and I am still enjoying KPOP girl group's music when they appear on TV.
Q10) Recycling
Tell me what recycling was like when you were a child. Was there a particular place where you took out the recyclables? Describe in detail what it was like and what you did.
A) Umm.. That is pretty interesting. I did not know, I don't remember much from when I was a child. It was a very long time ago and I am 36 years old now so it is hard to remember all the details. But I would have to say that recycling was quite well-organized in my home at least in my memory. I remember my mother taught me how to recycle. I thought recycling was to hard for me because It was difficult to tell if the garbage was plastic or paper. I mean, I was a very littel child. you know, I didn't know much about the world.
Whenever I tried to recycle, my mother told me, " Derek, make sure to sperate everthing". I tried to follow my mother's instruction as much as possible. But every time, I made a mistake separting the garbage.
Anyway, not before long, the responsibility of recycling became mine.
It was so terrbile and awful.
Back then, I was a little bit annoyed, you know, At times I was very embrassed becasuse I made many recycling mistake you know, I was little boy. There were a lot of things that I have to learn about recycling. But I had no choice because my mother was the queen of out household. Even my father had to follow for my mother's instruction.
From that day on, I perfectly learned how to sperate the cans, paper, glass, and plastics and put them in their right bin for mother. I started taking responcibility for recycling.
